Thank you for joining us for the Thoma Bravo Annual Meeting to be held on March 21st and 22nd, 2022. We look forward to seeing many of our investors in-person this year at the Mandarin Oriental located at 500 Brickell Key Dr in Miami, Florida. We will also have an option for virtual participation on this web platform for those who do not wish to attend in-person.
On Monday, March 21st beginning at 3:00 pm ET, we will have a meeting of the Thoma Bravo credit funds. At 6:30 pm ET, all annual meeting attendees joining us in-person are invited to attend an offsite welcome reception and dinner.
On Tuesday, March 22nd beginning at 9:30 am ET, we will have a meeting of the Thoma Bravo equity funds. The agenda will include an update on Thoma Bravo, the funds and a review of the current investment environment. Following a short break, at 4:30 pm ET, we will host a meeting of the Thoma Bravo funds’ Limited Partner Advisory Committees. An offsite dinner will be held that evening for the members of the Limited Partner Advisory Committees.
The meeting sessions will be live streamed for virtual attendees at the scheduled times. We do not plan to make recordings available following the meetings.

Lastly, in order to promote the health and wellbeing of all in attendance, we will require each in-person attendee to provide proof of their fully-vaccinated status during the registration process. We will also require our guests, as well as employees and event staff, to wear masks while indoors. We appreciate your understanding on these matters.
